If you would like a refund, notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to process a refund.
(e.g) If you purchased on Jan 1st and received the product on Jan 7th, you will have 7 days until Jan 14th to decide whether you want to keep the product.
To receive your refund, please:
- Mail back the product to our fulfilment warehouse (shipping fees for return will be borne by you).
- Send us the tracking number for verification. To receive a refund, you must provide a tracking number to ensure the status of your returned item. You will not be eligible for a refund if you do not use tracking in your shipping because there is no way to know the status of your shipment if it never arrives at our location
- Once your return package is received, we will promptly refund you 50% of the product purchase price. Please note that depending on your bank, the refund credit may take up to 7-10 days to reflect on your statement.
Exchanges for Damaged Items During Delivery
All items that are damaged during delivery is eligible for an exchange. To receive an exchange, please email us a picture of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving product. Once verified, we will send you a replacement
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
